So I’m not in Basque country, or the north. I’m currently eating my way through the south of Spain; Valencia to be specific. And it’s my first time in Spain, so I’m trying as many things as possible! Racking up the pintxos and the tapas and enjoying the art of doing nothing after a week of racing through the arty metropolises of Europe.
